Are you the one for me?

Dear Follow Automated Millionaires,

 

 

I have a friend who recently met a Financial Planner who accidentally (giving the benefit of the doubt) forgot to include his previous injury and claim for Private Shield 1 when crossing over to Private Shield 2. In addition to that, his previous Financial Planner told him that it is absolutely necessary for my friend to include that in else it will void the whole Private Shield 2 all together (something which i have yet to confirm). This in turn causing my friend to lose trust in the new Financial Planner and decided to switch back to the Private Shield 1 (and because of that switch, my friend lost the right to claim in a Private Hospital). This is such an unfortunate situation.

 

 

"Who is the most right Financial Coach for me?" or "Can I trust what this Financial Coach?". I think these are the 2 main thoughts in everyone's mind when selecting a Financial Coach. I have been thinking that question since when I was exposed to my own very first Financial Planner when I was in National Service. I have chosen FP ranging from Roadshows, Cold Calls and my Friends who just became FP. And most of them are doing their job by selling insurance and not doing Financial Planning. Hence, selecting the right Financial Coach for ourselves is very important.
