  1. Be willing to stand behind the purpose, values and goals of the team once decided
  2. Speak supportively and with good purpose
  3. Acknowledge whatever is being said as true for the speaker at that moment
  4. Be accountable for all your responsibilities
  5. Make only agreements that you are willing and intent to keep
  6. Communicate face to face any potential broken agreement at the first appropriate time
  7. If a problem arises, first look to the system for corrections and then communicate your solution to the person who can do something about it.
  8. Always think & play win/win
  9. Focus on what works to achieve the purpose
  10. Agree to work towards an agreement
  11. Actively celebrate and acknowledge all wins
  12. Always be willing to do "Whatever It Takes" to win
  13. Act first and debrief later. Do not let personal issues stand in the way of your post or task
  14. Clarify your communications and verify the response
  15. Be willing to do whatever it takes to support any & all team members
  16. Have a willingness to stay together
  17. Do not desire or seek sympathy or acknowledgement
  18. Keep time agreements
